Ingredients:

– 2 cups cauliflower, cut into florets, steamed
– ½ tsp. chili powder
– 2 cups turkey breasts, grilled, diced
– 1 bunch fresh kale leaves, chopped
– 1 tbsp. olive oil
– 3 tbsp. feta cheese, crumbled
– 1/3 lemon or lime, juiced
– 1 cucumber, sliced
