2 tbsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 onion, diced
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. curry powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

2 boneless skinless chicken breast, diced


Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly grease a baking dish. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the onions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. In a food processor combine all the ingredients (except the chicken) and mix until well combined. Place the chicken in the baking dish. Pour the sauce over the chicken and bake for 20 minutes. Done!

1 mango, peeled, seeded, chopped
1 banana
1/3 lemon, juiced

2 cup gluten-free pasta

2 tomatoes, diced

1 onion, diced
1 medium carrot, chopped

2 cups beans, canned, drained and rinsed

In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil. Add the onion and cook for 3 minutes. Add the carrot and cook for 15 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute more. Add the broth, turmeric, and ginger and cook for 20 minutes. Serve warm.

Preheat the oven to 375 F. In a bowl, combine the milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and bananas. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Mix the dry and the wet together. Lightly oil your muffin tray. Divide the mixture evenly to the muffin cups. Bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
