Instructions:

In a large pan, add olive oil, onion and mushrooms and salt, and pepper. Cook for 5- 10 min and add the vegetable stock. In another pan, cook the pasta for 10 minutes. Drain it, and add the mushrooms. Add the rest of ingredients, mix well and cook for 3 minutes more. Done!
