Lunch: 200ml of fish soup with potatoes or carrots, 100g of boiled fish, 100g of boiled potatoes with peas, 100g of vegetable salad with vegetable oil, 20g of bread without gluten, 200ml of stewed fruit.

Second lunch: 100g of cheese, 100g of fruit salad, 50g of corn sticks, 200ml of yogurt.

Dinner: 1 cucumber, 100g of turkey, 20g of gluten free bread, 150g of boiled potatoes with peas, 200ml of tea with gluten free sugar.

Before sleep: 200ml of yogurt.

Disadvantages Of This Diet

The main disadvantage is that it’s really hard to avoid gluten in everything considering that it is an ingredient in almost all conventional food.
