1 cup frozen raw spinach, thawed, drained

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400 F. Slightly cook lasagna noodles. In a bowl, mix eggs and Parmesan cheese until well combined. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.Place lasagna noodles over the bottom. Add 1/2 cup spinach and 1/2 cup kale, ½ egg / Parmesan mixture and ½ cup tomato sauce. Repeat procedure with remaining ingredients. Top with parmesan cheese and bake for about 1 hour. Serve warm.

1 cup tomato salsa, fresh
