1 cup quinoa, cooked and cooled
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ tsp. garlic powder
½ cup egg whites
2 tsp. fresh herbs (parsley, oregano…)
1tsp. baking powder
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375 F. In a food processor add the olive oil, cooked quinoa, tomato paste, garlic powder, egg whites, baking powder and mix until smooth. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spared the dough evenly over sheet. Bake for 25- 30 min. Sea aside and let cool. Cut into desired shapes. Enjoy your breadsticks.
2. Garlic breadsticks

Ingredients:
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1 garlic clove, minced
2 cups flour, whole-grain
¼ cup olive oil
¾ cup warm water
2 tsp. yeast powder
1 tsp. salt
Instructions:
In a medium bowl combine the yeast powder, flour, and salt. Add the olive oil and warm water. Mix with a silicone spatula until well mixed. Set aside for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Place the dough on a flour-dusted surface. Flatten the dough and cut into strips. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Place the strips onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Done!
3. Cauliflower breadsticks
This recipe is grain-free, gluten-free and dairy-free. You can also add some Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
Ingredients:
1 medium cauliflower, chopped
3 tsp. nutritional yeast
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tablespoons water
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375° F. Ina a food processor add the cauliflower and pulse until the texture is similar to rice. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Spread the mixture out evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Cut into desired shapes. Done!

1 package active dry yeast
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup warm water
1 tsp. salt
A bunch of spinach
1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400. Combine together the yeast, flour, and 1/4 cup warm water. Leave to rest for 10 minutes. Stir together the flour and salt. Add the rest of the water and yeast mixture and stir until well combined. Press washed spinach through a juicer and combine with the dough. Cut into desired shapes. Transfer to a greased cookie sheet. Cook for 20 minutes. Done!
5. Vegan broccoli breadsticks

Ingredients:
One medium head of broccoli, cut into small chunks, steamed
1/4 cup whole grain brown rice flour
2/3 cup water
1 tbsp. Italian herb mix
2 tbsp. olive oil

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl mix the flour and water. In a food processor add the broccoli and pulse into rice-sized pieces. Mix in the olive oil, herbs and flour /water mixture.
