These salads are the best helpers to maintain a healthy body from outside and clean the body of toxic pollutants from inside. These are the 4 vegan salads that are refreshing and you can eat without being worried about your weight:

1. Seaweed salad

This seaweed salad recipe is a healthy Japanese dish. It contains a lot of nutrients: iron, minerals, fiber, and vitamins.


– 1/2 cup soaked dulse fronds
– 1 cup nori fronds
– 1/2 cup wakame
– 2 carrots (shredded)
– 4 tbsp. sesame seeds
– 1/2 cup shredded cabbage


– 1 lemon juice
– 4 chopped dates
– 3 tbsp. sesame seed oil
– 2 tsp. ginger
– Salt

For 5 minutes soak seaweed in the warm water. Drain and squeeze out excess water. If wakame is uncut, cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips. In a same bowl stir sugar, ginger, pepper, vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Later toss the seaweed, scallions, cilantro and carrots until it combines. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

2. Carrot and raisins salad

Easy, tasty and no oil salad is a bonus. The main thing is to find the best carrot. Buying organic carrot really makes a big difference in taste. This salad takes you 10 minutes to make and is a healthy salad or side dish.


– 2 chopped carrots
– 1⁄4 cup raisin
– 2 sliced green onions
– 2 tablespoons chopped of cashews

In a bowl mix with hand olive oil, carrots, mint, raisins and lemon juice. Season with salt. Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Put the dressing over the carrots so the flavors could come together and put it in a fridge for 1 hour.

3. Exotic kale salad

When you want something very simple and cleansing, this is a great recipe. If you are busy, in just a few minutes you can make this.


– 2 stalks of Kale
– 5 stalks of Celery
– 1 sliced Cucumber
– 1/2 Lemon juice
– 2 tsp of Ginger
– 1 sliced Apple
– 1/3 cups of Coconut Water

Cut the all ingredients in small squares. Add coconut water and lime juice and stir. Put it all on a plate, serve and enjoy.

4. Spring roll salad

These beautiful, summery salad tastes best prepared just prior to serving to preserve their fresh flavor. When you put everything on a work surface the preparing goes very quickly.


– 1 head of butter lettuce
– 1 handful of fresh cilantro
– 1 handful of mint
– 1 handful of fresh basil
– 3 middle carrots
– 1 cucumber
– 1 handful of enoki mushrooms
– 1/4 chopped avocado


– 1.5 tbsp of almond butter
– 1 tbsp of tamari
– 3 tbsp of rice vinegar
– fresh ginger

Finely chop lettuce and herbs. Combine in a bowl and set aside. Cut cucumbers and carrots into 6 cm pieces. Lay salad mixture on a plate and put on the top chopped avocado. Cut Horizontally enoki mushrooms, carrots, and cucumbers. Pour dressing over the top and Bon appetite.
