Summer Fruit Salad Ideas
On a long hot summer day, there is nothing better than fresh summer fruits. And, even more, better a mix of different fruits. All fruit salads are loaded with flavor and antioxidants. Here are 4 Stunning Fruit Salads:
1. Apple berry kale salad
It’s a nutrient powerhouse, to say the least. Kale is healthy and full of nutrients. You may like to cut the leaves into small pieces, and mix it with hand with the salad dressing.
– 1 diced cucumber
– 1 diced apple
– 1 cup of berries
– 1 chopped kale head
– 4 tablespoon of lemon juice
– 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil,
– 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
– 1 tablespoon of chopped basil
– Lemon zest
– Sea salt and pepper
– Pinch of cayenne pepper
In a large bowl, combine cucumber, apple, berries, and kale. In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients. Drizzle over cucumber mixture and toss to combine. Oil with vinegar and salt in a large bowl. Season with pepper. Stir in the wheat-berry mixture, kale, onion, and pepper.
2. Rainbow fruit salad in a jar

– 3 cups of fresh and chopped pineapple
– 2 cups diced orange

3. Tomato and watermelon salad
This salad is very spicy, unique to and interesting too. Also if you like crunch in the meal you can add some nuts. To make it more attractive add some lettuce or some mozzarella into the mix.
– 4 cups chopped tomatoes
– 2 cups chopped watermelon
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
– 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
Combine the tomatoes and watermelon in a bowl. Add the salt, olive oil, vinegar, pepper, and pistachios. Add mint on the top.

– 7 ounces of Greek yogurt
– 1/3 cup lemon curd
– 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
– 1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 cups sliced strawberries
– 1 cup blueberries
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– 3 tablespoons limoncello
– fresh mint
Lemon yogurt topping-Put together and mix with a hand lemon curd, the yogurt, vanilla, and honey. Put aside at room temperature. Carefully toss together the sugar, limoncello, blackberries, strawberries and blueberries. Put them away at room temperature for 10 minutes the most, to soft the berries with liquor and sugar.
