If you thought that term superfood is only used for exotic ingredients which can’t be found at your local store, you’re wrong. In fact, ingredients from this list can be found at any store or flea market, and still, we neglect them over fast food. There is a lot of foods you can use to enrich your organism today.

This simple replacement for your ordinary milk is rich in magnesium, potassium, and vitamin E. It doesn’t have a lot of calories and it is very good for your heart. Make your own super 7 green juice
This juice is made from all seven ingredients from our list, and spinach gives it a green color. It is full of vitamins and fibers, and it is a great way to start your day.
YOU NEED Two cups of almond milk, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 banana, 1 orange, ½ cup of raspberries, 5 strawberries, 3 cups of spinach, and 2 cups of ice.
PREPARATION: Wash everything, peel it, clean it and throw it in a blender. Mix it until it’s smooth and serve it cold. Do not use the juicer, you’ll lose all the fibers.
