1. Crunchy granola

This heart-healthy granola is sugar-free and so delicious! Eat it dry, add milk, or stir it into yogurt.


4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup almonds, sliced
2 tsp. unsalted pumpkin seeds
1 tsp. unsalted sunflower seeds
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
6 tsp. water
4 tsp. canola oil


Preheat the oven to 275 F. In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.Spread the mixture over a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 50 min. Remove from the oven, stir, and bake for 50 min. more. Cool completely. Bon appetit.

2. Granola with cinnamon

1 tbsp. olive oil
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1/3 cup almonds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1//2 cup honey
3 tbsp. unsalted butter


Preheat the oven to 325 F. In a large bowl, combine the oats, almonds, cinnamon and sunflower seeds. Brush a large baking pan with oil. In a medium pan over medium heat, add the honey and butter. Stir until well combined. Spread a thin layer on the bottom of the baking pan. Bake for 15 min., then flip granola and bake for 20 min. more. Let it sit for 10 min.Done!

3. Granola with cinnamon and orange juice

This crunchy mix of oats, ground flax seed, chopped walnuts, ground cinnamon and orange juice is great over yogurt.


2 cups regular oats
1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
1/3 cup chopped slivered almonds
1 tsp. cup ground cinnamon
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tbsp. honey


Preheat the oven to 300 F. In a medium bowl, combine the first 4 ingredients.In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice and honey.Cook for a few minutes. Remove from the heat. Pour the warm mixture over the oat mixture and stir well. Bake for 10 minutes and stir well. Bake for 10 more minutes. Cool completely. Done!

4. Peanut butter granola

This peanut butter granola recipe is super-fast, super easy and super tasty. Peanuts have numerous health benefits and they are loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and good fats.


4 cups old fashioned oats
2 tbsp. natural style peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp. olive oil


Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

5. Granola with dried cranberries

1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1 tbsp. agave nectar
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. unsalted butter


½ cup dried cranberries
3 cups rolled oats
1 tsp. ground cinnamon


Preheat the oven to 300F. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the wet ingredients and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
In another bowl, add the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Combine all the ingredients together. Allow cooling for a few minutes. Done!
