Cabbage Soup Diet Plan

The cabbage soup diet is one of the most popular diets today. It is characterized by ease of preparation and effectiveness of the results. In most cases, the body responds well. Even if this diet is conducted just a few days we can say that it is a mild body cleansing.

Preparation

Cook the soup:

5 large onions
2 green peppers
1 or 2 cans of whole tomatoes ( and 1 – 2 large fresh tomatoes or 2 dl cooked tomatoes – domestic or purchased )
1 bundle of celery
1 large head of cabbage
1 tablespoon of following cereals and legumes: lentils, wheat, barley and dry peas

Add salt, pepper, parsley how much you like it, and hot peppers. Pour water and cook until vegetables become tender.

Use of Cabbage Soup

This soup can be eaten anytime you feel hungry and as much as you want.

Some proponents of a diet with cabbage soup say: the more you eat the more weight you lose.

The first day

All fruits except bananas. Cantaloupe and watermelon are lower in calories than most fruits. Therefore, eat only soup and fruit. Drink unsweetened tea, unsweetened black coffee, and/or water.

The second day

All vegetables – quantity is unlimited – essentially if you are hungry. Try to eat leafy vegetables, and avoid green beans, peas, and corn. For dinner, you can eat a big baked potato with butter. Do not eat fruit. Do not forget to eat soup. Minimum once a day.
The third day

Eat the soup, fruits, and vegetables as much as you want. Do not eat baked potatoes.

If you’ve been following the instructions above for three days, you should have 2 – 3 kg lighter.

The fourth day

Eat up to 3 bananas a day, soup, and drink skim milk as much as you want. Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates, as well as milk. Soup is still MUST!

The Fifth Day

Beef and tomatoes. You can eat 300-600 grams of beef and up to 6 tomatoes. Try to drink 6-8 glasses of water during the day in order to rinse excess uric acid from the organism. MUST: At least 1 bowl of soup!

The sixth day

Beef and vegetables. You can eat as much as you want beef and vegetables. Of course, don’t forget the soup.

The Seventh Day

Brown rice and vegetables. Drink unsweetened fruit juice. You can eat as much as you want of rice and vegetables. Be sure to have the soup.

At the end of the seventh day, if you comply with the instructions you’ve lost 4 -5 kg. If you have lost more than seven kilos, pause the diet for two days before starting again from scratch.

This seven-day eating plan can be used as long as you want. The feeling of lightness and more energy is a good reason to try this diet.
