1. Carrot and potato fritters

– 2 carrots grated
– 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
– 1 tsp. onion powder
– 6 sweet potatoes grated
– 1 cup flour, whole-wheat
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 2 tsp. vegetable oil


In a bowl, combine carrots and sweet potatoes. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and whole-wheat flour. Season with salt and pepper and stir. In a large sauté pan over medium heat, heat 2 tsp. vegetable oil. Shape fritters with your hands and fry on both sides, for about 3 minutes each side. Enjoy!

2. Zucchini fritters

These delicious vegetarian fritters are a great addition to a summertime dinner.


– 1 cup brown rice, cooked
– 2 onions, diced
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 2 zucchinis, diced
– 1 cup fresh kale, chopped
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 3 tsp. avocado oil


Dice zucchinis and leave them for 1 hour. Squeeze some of the juices out with your hands. In a large bowl, add zucchinis and remaining ingredients. Stir gently with a fork. In a large sauté pan, heat the avocado oil and shape fritters with your hands. Cook your fritters until brown (5-7 min. each side). Serve and enjoy!

3. Broccoli and carrot fritters

These yummy vegetarian fritters make a great party food. Plus, they are also gluten-free!


– 2 carrots, peeled chopped
– 1 cup broccoli, chopped
– 2 onions, peeled, chopped
– 1 cup kale, peeled, chopped
– 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
– 1 cup zucchini, chopped
– 2 cups flour, gluten –free
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Canola oil
– Avocado oil


In a food processor or a blender, add all ingredients (except the oil) and process until well combined. In a large sauté pan, heat 2 tsp. vegetable oil. Form your mixture into patties and cook on both sides for 3-5 min. Bon appetit!

– 2 cups pumpkin, grated
– 6 carrots, grated
– 1 cup feta, diced
– 2 cups sweet potatoes, grated

– 1 cup flour- whole-wheat
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 3 tbsp. vegetable oil


In a bowl, mix all ingredients together (except the vegetable oil). In a sauté pan, heat the oil. Add shaped fritters, and cook them for 4 min. each side. Drain on kitchen paper and serve while warm.

5. Paleo cauliflower fritters

– 2 cups, cauliflower, cooked, drained, chopped
– 3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked, drained, chopped
– Sea salt and pepper, to taste
– 3 tbsp. canola oil
