1 vegan pie crusts
1/3 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 can organic pumpkin puree

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400 F.In a food processor, add the almond milk, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, cornstarch and olive oil – mix until well incorporated. Pour the mixture into a par-baked vegan pie shell and bake for 30- 45 min. Serve and enjoy.
