Ingredients:

5 tbsp. fresh tomato salsa
1 tsp. soy sauce, reduced-sodium
1/3 cup vegetable broth
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 avocado, peeled, mashed

Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Serve over brown rice or veggies. Done!

2. Mushroom gluten-free sauce

Once you try this sauce, you’ll want it for lunch every day. This sauce is also gluten-free and packed with vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:

3 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups vegetable broth
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Instructions:

In a large sauté pan, add the olive onion and parsley. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Add all the ingredients (except the cornstarch) and cook for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch with 2 tbsp. water. Add the cornstarch and cook for 3-5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.

3. Gluten-free teriyaki sauce

This sauce is a healthy version of Teriyaki sauce. It is also gluten-free, and very easy to make. Enjoy it with vegetables, meat, fish or seafood.

Ingredients:

5 tbsp. gluten-free soy sauce
1 cup water, cold
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Combine all the ingredients (except the cornstarch and ¼ cup water) in a medium saucepan and set over medium heat. In another bowl, combine the cornstarch with the ¼ cup water. Add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan. Cook for a few minutes. Done!

4. Spicy tomato gluten-free sauce

This spicy tomato gluten-free sauce will spice up any main course or side dish.

Ingredients:

3 tsp. olive oil
½ tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1 cup vegetable broth, gluten-free
2 cups tomato sauce
½chili pepper, chopped
1 onion

Instructions:

In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the onion and cook until soft. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 15 -20 minutes. Done.

5. Gluten-free Bolognese sauce

This gluten-free Bolognese sauce will be sure to please the whole family! Serve with gluten-free pasta.

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tomato, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions:

In a frying pan, heat the olive oil. Add the onion, garlic, and beef and cook for 5 minutes. Add the tomato, tomato sauce, tomato paste and parsley and cook for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
