Add garlic and onion and sauté until the onion is tender. Add reserved zucchini and mushrooms, and sauté another 3 min. Fill the zucchini by hand with your mixture. Place filled zucchini in a baking pan and add 1/3 inch of water. Bake at 400 F for 35 minutes. Remove the zucchini from the pan and serve while still warm. Bon appetit!
