1. Simple grilled zucchini

This easy to make grilled zucchini makes a great and healthy side dish for your next barbecue party.


– 1 large zucchini, cut lengthwise into thin slices
– 4 tbsp. olive oil
– 3 tbsp. lemon juice
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 tsp. rosemary, chopped
– Olive oil for barbecue


In a large bowl, add the zucchini and olive oil, lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.Leave to rest for about 30 minutes. Preheat the grill, and grill your zucchini slices for 3 minutes each side. Remove the zucchini to a plate as it gets done. Add some more lemon juice, if needed. Serve and enjoy!

2. Healthy vegetable bites

These yummy bites are gluten free, easy to prepare, and everyone will love them!


– 3 cups cauliflower florets, steamed
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 cup tofu
– 1 clove garlic, minced
– 1 cup beans, drained
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed
– 2 tbsp. olive oil


Put all your ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well combined. Preheat the grill and shape your mixture into patties. Bake for 5 minutes each side. Serve while still warm.

3. Healthy Italian corn

This so easy to prepare Italian corn is so delicious and full of flavors.


– 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
– 2 ears of fresh corn
– 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
– 2 tsp. Italian herb mix
– 1 cup tomato sauce
– Salt and pepper, to taste


In a small bowl, mix all ingredients, except corns. Brush each ear of corn with the olive oil. Preheat the grill and cook for about 15 min, turning occasionally. Remove from grill and brush with your mixture. Bon appetite.

4. Grilled salmon

Salmon is packed with omega 3-s and it is so delicious everybody will want more!


– Salmon, 6 pieces
– 2. tbsp. olive oil
– Salt and pepper, to taste,
– 2 tbsp. soy sauce
– 2 tsp. paprika, powder


Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl (except salmon). Rub pieces of salmon with your mixture, and place in the fridge for 1 hour. Preheat your grill. Grill for 3 minutes each side. Serve your salmon and enjoy.

5. Mediterranean turkey skewers

This tasty grilled turkey will impress your every guest.


– 1 turkey breast, cubed
– 1 tsp. Italian herb mix
– ½ cup olive oil
– 2 tbsp. soy sauce
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 tsp. fresh basil, chopped


In a large bowl mix everything but turkey. Place the turkey on skewers. Pour your mixture over the turkey and leave in the fridge for 1 hour. Preheat your grill. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes each side, turning occasionally. Bon appetit.
