1. Oats soup
Oats soup is one of the easiest ways of getting oats into your daily diet. It is simple to prepare it with just a few ingredients and can be served as a healthy meal.
Ingredients:
– 1 cup oats
– ½, onion, chopped
– 1 green chili, chopped
– 1 clove garlic minced
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup water
– 1 cup milk
– 2 tsp. olive oil
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions, green chili and garlic till they begin to sweat. Add the oats and cock for 2 min. Add salt and water and let it come to a boil. Add the milk and bring to a boil. Serve hot. Enjoy!
2. Avocado salad
Avocado is a complete food with lots of nutrients. It is a very versatile fruit because it takes on both sweet and savory taste perfectly. This salad is very refreshing as an evening snack or as a side.
Ingredients:
– 2 avocados, chopped
– ½ red onion, chopped
– 1 tomato, chopped
– ½ lemon
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Cilantro, handful, chopped
Instructions:
Mix the onions and tomato. Add a few drops of lemon juice together with little salt and pepper. Mix everything with cilantro. Add the avocado pieces and toss everything gently. Bon appetite.
3. Chicken vegetable saute
Sauteed chicken with vegetables is an incredibly simple dish but very healthy. The recipe is also very versatile because you can follow the method and use your favorite ingredients.
Ingredients:
– ½ kg chicken, diced
– 1/2 kg mixed vegetables (you can use a mixture of veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, green peas, carrots, peppers, mushrooms etc.)
– 1/2 tsp. oregano
– 1/4 tsp. red chili powder
– 2 tbsp. soy sauce
– Salt to taste
Instructions:
Cut the chicken and vegetables to long strips. Take a large wok and heat on medium high heat. Pour the oil and then add the chicken. Saute the chicken until it gets evaporated. Add the vegetables. Stir fry for a few minutes. Add the soy sauce, oregano, salt and chili powder and stir fry for about 5 min. Serve warm .Enjoy

Ingredients:
– 1 mango
– 1.5 cups sparkling water
– 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions:
Wash peel and chop the mango into small pieces. Using a blender, mix in the lemon juice and make a smooth puree. Take 2 tall serving glasses and add a few ice cubes. Divide the puree in each glass. Fill the cup with sparkling water. Add ice cubes and mint for garnish. Enjoy!
5. Sweet coconut brown rice
This snack is healthier than any of the fried snacks. It is usually served as healthy quick snack with a cup of tea or a coffee.
Ingredients:
– 1 cup cooked brown rice
– 1/2 cup grated coconut
– Stevia (to taste)
– 1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
– Ginger powder (a pinch)
Instructions:
In bowl mix in rice, the grated coconut, stevia, cardamom powder and dry ginger powder. Cover and let it rest for 5-10 minutes, until all the flavors will be blended well. That’s it. Ready to eat. Bon appetite!
