Ingredients:

– 4 oz. Dairy-free dark chocolate
– 2 tbsp. Honey
– ½ tsp. Organic vanilla extract
– 2 eggs
– 1 tbsp. Almond flour
– 2 tbsp. Coconut oil
– 1/2 tbsp. sugar-free cocoa powder
– A pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease four small ramekins with coconut oil spray and dust with cocoa powder. Melt chocolate with coconut oil in a small pan and set aside. In other bowl mix together vanilla, eggs, honey and sea salt. Add almond flour and cocoa powder and mix ingredients together until smooth. Divide the mixture among the ramekins and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes and serve it warm.

– 2 red bell peppers
– 2 yellow bell pepper
– 1 cucumber, peeled, sliced
– Miniature heart shaped cookie cutters
– Greek yogurt dip

Instructions:

Use the cookie cutters to press out heart shapes. Slice the red peppers and place them on the top row on a plate. In second row place, yellow heart shaped pepper, and in the third-row place heart shaped cucumbers. Repeat procedure until the plate is full. Serve with Greek yogurt. Enjoy!

3. Healthy Valentine’s snack mix

Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries
– 1/2 cup yogurt bites
– 1/2 cup rice or corn Chex
– 1/2 cup strawberry fruit snacks
– 1/2 cup sour cherry candies

Ingredients:

– 200 g strawberry yogurt
– 50 g Granola

Instructions:

Lay out approximately 12 cupcake cases or silicone muffin cups on a small baking sheet or tray. Make a thin layer of granola over the bottom of each cake case. With a spoon, dollop yogurt on top of the granola in each cake case until the entire yogurt has gone. Place the cups into the freezer and leave for a few hours until set solid. Once frozen through, remove from the cases and serve.

Turn it on and slowly pour in the soy milk through the feed tube. Process mixture until smooth and silky, for about 2-3 minutes. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
