I just love pancakes! Pancakes are one of the most popular breakfast foods in the world. Pancakes are so easy to make and they go great with any meal!

You can them eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Pancakes are great for dessert too. Besides being tasty, they can also be unhealthy. Here are some easy and healthy panache recipes:

1. Apple cinnamon pancakes

These pancakes are grain-free, sugar-free… And so delicious that everybody will love!

Ingredients:

– 1 cup apple, grated
– 1 egg
– ½. tsp. baking powder
– 1 tbsp. almond butter
– 1 cup coconut flour
– ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
– 1/3 cup chopped almonds
– 1/3 cup raisins
– Coconut oil

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients. Heat your pan and add 1 tsp. of coconut oil. Pour a small amount of your mixture and cook for 1 min., each side. Repeat this procedure until all batter is gone. Serve warm. Bon appetit.

2. Crunchy oatmeal pancakes

Ingredients:

– 2 cups rolled oats
– 2 cups plain yogurt, low-fat
– 2 eggs
– 2 tbsp. chia seeds
– 1 tsp. flaxseed
– ⅛ tsp. salt
– Stevia, to taste
– ½. tsp. baking powder
– Canola oil

Instructions:

Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Preheat your pan with 1 tbsp. of oil. Pour about 2 tbsps. of your mixture into the pan. Cook for 3 minutes each side. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

– 2 eggs
– 6 small carrots, peeled
– 2 cups flour, whole wheat
– Coconut oil
– Stevia to taste
– 1/2 cup lentils, cooked, drained

Instructions:

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add peeled carrots. Cook until soft. In a food processor or a blender, combine all your ingredients. Mix until well combined. Preheat your pan with canola oil. Add a small amount of your mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes each side. Serve and enjoy!

– 3 cups beans, cooked, drained
– 1/2 cup plain yogurt, low-fat

– Fresh Tomato Salsa (combine: 2 tomatoes, chopped, 1 onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 tbsp. olive oil, salt, and pepper, to taste- mix in your blender until combined)
