Ingredients:
– 450 g yogurt (natural, low-fat)
– 2 tbsp. orange zest
– 250 g berries, such as blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries
Instructions:
Line a 12-hole muffin tin with 12 paper cases. Mix together the yogurt and orange rind in a large bowl. Cut all large strawberries into pieces so that they are similar in size as the raspberries and blueberries. Add the fruit to the yogurt, then spoon into the cases. Ingredients:
– 4 cups of water
– 1 tsp. chia seeds
– 1 1/2 cup plain Greek Yogurt
– 1 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
– 1 medium banana
– 2 tsp. cocoa powder (unsweetened)
Instructions:
Put water in blender…blend in the yogurt, berries, banana, chia seeds and cocoa. Blend or liquefy until smooth. Ice cubes may be added too. Bon appetit!
3. Refreshing Indian lassi
This is a refreshing, tasty lassi, a standard drink in India. You can prepare it with all kinds of fruits. It is great to drink after eating curry, as a refreshing drink or as a snack.
Ingredients:
– 200 g fruits of your choice
– 200 ml yogurt
– 100 ml milk or water
– Ice
Instructions:
Prepare all the ingredients. Put all your ingredients in a blender and blend for about 2-3 minutes. Pour into glasses over ice, and it’s done. You can keep the lassi in the refrigerator for a day or so. Enjoy.
4. Chocolate frozen yogurt recipe

Ingredients:
– 4 cups plain, unsweetened yogurt
– 1/4 cup cocoa powder
– 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Instructions:
Use a stand blender or an immersion blender to combine all 3 ingredients until the cocoa is thoroughly dissolved. Taste the frozen yogurt mixture, and adjust the sweetness, if needed. Bon appetit!
5. Yogurt with rum-raisin sauce

Ingredients:
– Stevia, to taste
– 2 tbsp. water
– 2 tbsp. olive oil
– 1 1/2 tbsp. whole-grain flour
– 1 1/4 cups 2% low-fat milk
– 1/3 cup raisins
– 1/2 tsp. rum flavoring
– 3 cups low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
Instructions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl over medium heat; cook for about 3 minutes stirring occasionally. Mix flour and milk in a small bowl and stir with a whisk. Add milk mixture and raisins to the pan, and stir well. Cook for about 5 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and mix in rum flavoring. Serve over frozen yogurt. Enjoy.
